Piers Lawrence is a guitarist and composer born in New York City, raised in Palo Alto and Switzerland, he attended the Conservatoire de Musique de Lausanne. Based in San Diego,CA, he a Solo Guitarist, Band Leader and Music Educator at La Jolla Music Co.
He has toured extensively and recorded with Wilson Picket, The Main Ingredient, Esther Phillips, Phyllis Hyman, The Caribbean All-Stars and Merl Saunders and the Rainforest Band.
He is the band leader and guitarist for the San Diego based "Soul Jazz AllStars" His record label, JazzNet Media, produces independent projects and Ambient Music for film and television.
